Wow, that was an eyeopener about the shoes. I have problems with my feet, and now see that my shoes could also affect my knees and hips. Thanks for this info.

I think Darwin’s life is quite interesting. Darwin’s theory is good, but there are a few big questions left.

Yes, I love the story of this movie. And I agree with @Jason, never agree 100% about Darwins theory.

But in general, the movie is really good. I enjoy watching it very much.

I had no idea, that putting shoes on and running would alter how the foot hits the ground. It sounds like it would cause a lot more stress on the feet and knee and hip joints. Thanks for the audio

I saw this movie, while I don’t 100% agree with Darwins “theory” – I enjoyed the movie and learned quite a bit.
